• Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date the product is received.

• To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and unopened, and it must not have been used.

• Should you decide to return the product, you must reach out to us via email at whitetaillavenderfarms@gmail.com stating the reason for the return.

• Refunds will be only refunded by original form of payment once unopened, unused products are received at Whitetail Lavender Farms

• Shipping will not be returned and return of product(s) is/are not the responsibility of Whitetail Lavender Farms
